Altar Servers
Altar Servers minister at God's altar with reverence, dignity, and love. Coordinator: Priscilla Haynie
Arts and Environment
Keeps the church and chapel in flowers, greenery, and liturgical decorations according to the Liturgical Seasons of the Church. Coordinator: Priscilla Haynie
Children's Church
Provides a faith-filled environment for the children so they can experience the Roman Catholic Faith. Coordinator: Elaine Anderson
Collection Counters (Matthew’s Minions)
Accurately counts and deposits all monies collected in weekly and special accounts as specified by the donors. Coordinator: Betts Nelson
Environmental Services
Maintains the cleanliness of the Church interior and all ancillary rooms contained within the building. Coordinator: Frank Hoene
Finance Council
An advisory and consultative body to the Pastor relating to budgeting, income and expenses and all projects related to maintaining a positive financial picture.

Holy Presents Gift Shop
Provides attractive Catholic gifts and literature for the shopping pleasure of our Parishioners and visitors. Coordinator: Alma Nachard (giftshop@ic-cc.org)
Homebound Ministry
Establishes and provides a supportive and caring connection from the Parishioners who are absent due to illness. Coordinator: Barbara Knowles
Hospitality Ministry (Ushers)
Create a welcoming atmosphere for parishioners and visitors in a kind and courteous manner. Coordinators: Lisa Lehman and Sandra Moker
Landscaping/Grounds Maintenance
Maintains and creates a beautiful outdoor space that is peaceful and tranquil through the use of trees and plants. Coordinators: Larry Haasch and Joe Estrada
Lectors
Lectors bring the power of the Word of God and love of scriptures to others. Coordinator: Ruthanne Plas
Martha's Circle
Provides comfort to mourning families by providing refreshments on Church property for family and friends following a funeral. Coordinator: Lynda Kuglitsch
Music Ministry
Brings together talented voices of all ages who enjoy singing traditional hymns and other sacred music for our Parish worship and other services. Music Director: Terrie Backes
Office Volunteers
Assists the Receptionist in maintaining a friendly, welcoming and calming working environment. Coordinator: Dora Pedrego
Pastoral Council
An advisory and consultative body working in harmony with the Pastor and representing all members of the Parish community. Chairperson: Lisa Lehman | Vice-Chair: Elise Griffis | Council Members: Fr. Porters of St. Joseph
The Porters of St. Joseph is a volunteer apostolate whose mission is to provide a safe and secure environment for parishioners to worship our Lord in peace during Saturday and Sunday Masses. Coordinator: Russell Moker
Sacristans/Altar Society
Serves the Liturgical needs of the Parish and Mass and also washing, pressing and folding of Altar Linens used daily at Mass. Coordinators: Larry Schneider and Teresa Disisto
Safe Environment/SET
Called to Protect was established by the Diocese of Phoenix to insure a safe environment for all our children. Coordinator: Kit Johansen
Youth Ministry
Middle School meets every Thursday and High School meets every Friday at Cupertino Youth Center at 2715 89A in Cottonwood from 5:00pm to 7:30pm. Coordinator: Jesus de la Torre
