Facility Use Forms (Ministries and Non Ministries)

The Facility Use Forms are to be submitted for any event, project or program that involves the parish whether it involves the use of a facility or not.  It’s purpose is to provide for parish happenings with minimal conflicts for facility use and scheduling as possible.  It should be filled out taken to the office and put in the Pastoral Council drawer by the Secretary or office helper.  You will be notified of it’s approval after the next scheduled Pastoral Council meeting.
